Invalid Serial number error/Important for Windows Users
The BIAS Authorization Manager does NOT accept the letter "o" or "O" in the serial number field - only zeros "0" are used in BIAS serial numbers. Please ensure that you are entering a zero rather than the letter "o" when attempting to authorize your product by entering the supplied serial number.
