Problems updating to the current version?
If you are getting an Error 11002;2, -15 during the update process, please verify that you've downloaded the correct version of the updater. Please note that the G4 updater cannot update a non-G4 application and vice versa. If you have the correct version of the updater and are still having problems, please try re-installing your BIAS software from the installer CD and then running the updater again.
