Why won't Jam open the Jam Image files I created in Peak?
There is currently a known issue that Jam will not open a 24 or 32 bit Jam Image file using either the "Open" or "Open as Disc Image" options in Jam. There are two workarounds for this issue:
- When saving your Jam Image file in Peak, set the bit depth to 16 bit.
- If your Jam Image file is saved as a 24 bit file, you can launch Jam go to the Disc menu and select "Add Track", select your Jam Image file, and then select any or all tracks that are contained within that Image file. Jam will import and arrange each track individually in the Jam playlist.
