"You must save the new recording to the volume you recorded onto"

When you are recording in Peak, you must save your finished recording to the drive that is designated as your record drive. You can choose which drive or partition you want to be designated as your record drive by doing the following:

1. Go to the Audio menu and select Record Settings
2. In the upper left hand window of the record settings window there is a 'Record Disk' menu.
3. Select your drive or partition in this menu.
4. Click OK

Please note that once you have saved your initial recording onto your record drive, it can be moved or resaved to any location.
