How do I authorize a new computer?
Q: The BIAS Authorization Manager reports that my maximum number of authorizations has been reached — how do I authorize a new computer?
A: A maximum of two authorizations per license/serial number are allowed. To authorize a new computer, you must first de-authorize one of the computers that is currently authorized with your BIAS software.
De-Authorizing Using the BIAS Authorization Manager
If you no longer have the computer(s) that are authorized to run your BIAS software are are unable to de-authorize because the computer has been repaired or decommissioned, you will need to contact BIAS Customer Support. You may be asked to provide an invoice if the computer was repaired.
